Highlights from an amazing collaboration between OP’s Central Campus and award winning vineyard and bistro, Amisfield in beautiful Queenstown.
Cookery students spent two days foraging around Central Otago and Bluff with foraging guru, Peter Langlands and crafted the gathered produce into a top class, four-course dining experience – with wine matching.
Our paddock to plate approach, combined with Amisfield’s innovation resulted in what many diners described as ‘one of the most amazing dining experiences ever.’
